Motion Club Return and Exchange Policy

No Returns Policy:
We do not accept returns. However, we offer exchanges under specific conditions.

Exchange Conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Exchanges are only available for size adjustments.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges.

Exchange Process:

  1. Contact Us: Initiate an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing SUPPORT@4SUREENT.COM with your receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Approval: If your exchange is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Shipping: Send the item back following our provided guidelines. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at SUPPORT@4SUREENT.COM if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.
